- Swaybot chat messages — messages you send through the chat widget on our website, which are processed to generate AI responses
- Client email content — for clients who have subscribed to our AI Email Automation service, we process incoming and outgoing email content through our AI systems with your explicit permission and authorization
- Subscription & billing data — your selected plan tier, billing cycle, and Stripe customer ID. Payment card details are collected and stored by Stripe and are never stored by Swaytrix.
- Tool usage data — inputs you provide to our AI marketing tools and the outputs they generate, stored per user account so that your work and session history persist across visits.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To respond to inquiries and follow up on consultation requests
- To deliver AI automation services contracted by our clients
- To improve the quality and accuracy of our AI systems and service delivery
3. What We Do NOT Collect or Do
- Never sell your data to any third party
- Never share your data with advertisers or marketing platforms
- Never store payment card information — all payments are handled externally
- Never knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13

5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
- Request that your data be deleted at any time by emailing info@swaytrix.com. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.
- Withdraw consent for email processing at any time by cancelling your service
- Opt out of any marketing communications at any time
6. Data Security
- Encryption in transit — all data transmitted between your browser, our servers, and third-party services is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
- Secure credential storage — API keys, OAuth tokens, and access credentials are stored in secure environment vaults and are never exposed publicly or logged in plaintext
- Access controls — access to client data is strictly limited to personnel who require it to deliver contracted services
7. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not submit any information through our website, chat widget, or contact forms. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
